Dynamic Infographic: The Kennedy Family
PROJECT BRIEF:
Design a infographic for the late breaking news around the death of John F. Kennedy Jr.
SOLUTION:
With less than an hour I developed an interactive feature of the Kennedy family. As most users had dial-up at the time, I needed to load the file in pieces, something that was at the time untested and undocumented. I eventually got it to work and spread the technique for streaming multiple files to the design community. In hindsight, I would have liked to have spent more time on the visual design, but many CNN projects had immediate deadlines. |
