Youtheology
VIEW PROJECT
PROJECT BRIEF:
Design identity, collateral, and content managed website for Saint Paul School of Theology's "youTheology" program. The program selects 30 students each year to participate in theological learning culminating in a week long pilgrimage to John Wesley's birthplace in England.
SOLUTION:
After conducting ethnographic studies, it was determined that students spanned the spectrum of bandwidth connections, so, an entirely flashy site was ruled out. Also, students were spread out across 3 states, some in very remote locations. I designed a yahoo group style bulletin board system where students could interact online, posting pictures and bio so they could interact between sessions. The site also has a "trip diary" where they can post images and stories for parents following their travels back home. |
